Terms of use

These terms apply when you use Giftboard, run by LEVITU SRL. By creating or joining an event you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

The service

Giftboard lets a group plan an event and a gift together: share ideas, vote, keep a guest list, track who chipped in, and run a Secret Santa draw. It's free to use. We're in beta, so things may change, break or go away.

Money stays between you

Giftboard never receives, holds or sends money. Payments happen directly between people, in apps like Venmo, PayPal, Revolut or your bank. Amounts and "paid" statuses in Giftboard are notes the group keeps for itself. We're not responsible for payments, refunds or disagreements between members of a group.

Organizers

• You're responsible for the people you invite and for sharing links only with them.
• Only add other people's names or emails if you have a reason to, such as inviting them to your event.
• You can delete your event at any time. That deletes it for everyone.

Acceptable use

Don't use Giftboard to break the law, harass anyone, collect money under false pretenses, or post content you don't have the right to share. We may remove content or events that do.

Gift ideas, prices and stores

Gift ideas, including AI suggestions, are ideas, not advice. Prices are estimates and may be wrong or out of date: check the store before you buy. Purchases are between you and the store. Some links are affiliate links.

Liability

Giftboard is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect losses, lost data, or anything that happens between members of a group. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law.
